Sarah Finn

In designer Sarah Finn’s creative workshop, wood is beyond good. From her converted farmhouse near the Alps, Finn creates whimsically modern, precious accessories for better living—from veneer-thin napkin rings to boxy table lamps—all laser cut to perfection. It took a detour working as an architect in offices in Los Angeles, New York and Berlin before she returned to the high-end wood-working business her family founded some 130 years ago. Finn innovated a beautiful way to render maple, cherry, mahogany and other woods from precise, computer-generated techniques. The results are magical.
