German designer Sarah Finn evolved a century-old family woodworking business into the tech age with her table and lighting collection of laser-cut wood veneer pieces. They are nothing short of stunning, and a U.S. exclusive to A+R. The cuts of wood for these placemats is a bit sturdier than her other products, yet just as lyrical an element to the table. They're floral, yet not fussy. Besides placemats, they make a statement as a centerpiece mat or on a hall sideboard. And we've had more than a few customers buy them up as frames for collages or photos. Available in blonde maple or a reddish mahogany.
