Edward Wohl is a rare craftsman in a world of mass-production. His handmade cutting boards are masterpieces of shape and line, with smooth edges and a (we think) a subtle Scandinavian sensibility. Birds-eye maple is an expensive and sought-after wood, and its decorative swirls and hardness make it perfect for these decorative and useful boards. We use one side of ours for cutting, and one side for serving (bread and cheese looks sensational!). Wash with warm water, dry immediately.Occasioally wipe with mineral oil or Edward's Oil (this will get rid of most marks).
