From the boundless imagination of Maxim Velčovský comes this object intended to keep water out that now keeps it in: Rubber is traded out for slip cast porcelain, crafted by Czech masters with major attention to detail (look at the tread on the sole). Working under the Studio Qubus banner, Velcovsky's mandate is to turn the form of function on its ear by rendering every day objects in non disposable ways. Available in both plain white and the traditional delft pattern. Get a left and a right - the boots are a slightly different form at the top so you can have a pair if you want!
