These cuffs fit most women's wrists (and even a few men's!), and they are strong enough to slip on and off endlessly. We have only one pal who needed to custom order a larger size--but she's a potter, so has very robust wrists! What gets devotees isn't the fit, but having to decide which wood to choose.
