Brothers Vincent and Paul Georgeson launched Misewell in their hometown of Milwaukee in summer 2008, but it wasn’t until the following year at ICFF that the design world got wind of the pair—and they received Best New Designer Award. The brothers believe in furniture that is simple, functional and honest. They are committed to responsible manufacturing, creating long-lasting, high-quality furnishings with minimal environmental impact. Besides steel and aluminum, the Georgeson’s use American, mostly locally sourced maple and walnut. Each leg can be easily snapped into the stamped steel bracket without tools. Powder-coated bracket is available in Tomato, Black or Cream.
