Absolu Knife

On our regular product treks to France, we've handled a lot of knives in the hopes of finding one that looks as it good as it feels. They've either been too light, too classic or too expensive. The Absolu series cut them all to shreds. This collection is by the same maker as the revolutionary Evercut (also on our site!), TB Groupe, one of France's established knife makers and also the only eco-friendly cutlery maker in France with ISO 9001 accreditation. The handles are fashioned from gorgeous ebony and the Swedish stainless steel blades are matte polish. The solid steel extends beyond the top of the handle, providing a sense of balance and stability with each flick of the wrist. An investment that will last a life time of eating. Hand wash only.
