Like the Elevate Kitchen Tools, these tongs by Derek Roberts from the same well-designed collection by UK's Joseph Joseph, feature an integrated tool rest to minimize mess on kitchen surfaces—and maximize health and safety. The handle is weighted to ensure the head is always raised off the working counter. The silicone heads are ideal against non-stick cookware and heat-resistant up to 340ºC/650ºF. Made from toughened nylon, the tongs are gently spring-loaded and can be locked or unlocked with just a press of the large button in the handle. Easily operated using one hand. Dishwasher safe.
