Now regarded as the “Pioneer of Danish Functionalism,” architect Vilhelm Lauritzen originally created his standout stackable chair in 1956 for Copenhagen’s landmark Vega concert center. Prioritizing long-lasting seated comfort and easy maneuverability, VLA26T features a curved backrest and seat in FSC-certified solid oak with varied select finishes available. A sturdy steel base in black powder coat completes this timeless seating, reissued by Carl Hansen & Søn.
