Tavla Round Wooden Table

Extending its modern take on the traditional technique of marquetry, Tavla adds a round dining table to its lineup. The captivating geometrics of the tabletop are created with dual contrasting shades of walnut, inlaid with an artisan finesse. Pool studio’s Léa Padovani and Sébastien Kieffer were inspired by the similar use of the decorative craft for backgammon tables, and named Tavla with the Iranian word for the game in honor of Léa’s heritage.
