Plain but far above ordinary, the small version of Asplund’s sybaritically crafted rug, like its solid-color siblings, is hand-tufted in 100% softest wool. Available in a delectable expanse of exacting hues, the artisanal process begins with dying of the yarn, followed by tufting with a small mechanical instrument and finally a manual shearing of the lush pile surface.
