In gleaming metallic, an evocative 1970s icon gets retooled for today in the Peacock Lounge Chair from Bend Goods. Instead of the original wicker, the circular-back lounging chair is made in Bend's signature handmade construction, a process that founder Gaurav Nanda dubs "bending." Iron wire is shaped and then spot-welded in hundreds of places to create the intricately patterned framework. Then it's galvanized and plated with a glossy metal finish. Sure to be a focal point in any room, with or without the pop of optional geometric cushions. Metallic finish suggested for interior placement only.
