Suggested by the purity of Shaker design, designer Hans J. Wegner's '60s range includes the CH47 side chair, a companion to the CH46 armchair. Superbly functional and handsomely imagined in a choice of finishes with solid oak construction, it features a seat fashioned in handwoven high-quality paper cord in a tonal natural hue or contrasting black. A truly comfortable choice for dining, at the desk or anywhere a solo perch is desired, it's a timeless Danish modernist classic.
