With the VGP Pendant Light series, London's Decode puts a high-style spin on the straightforward functionality of the workplace. In spun aluminum with a metallic sheen, the VGP1 updates the sort of lighting fixtures once commonly seen in factories, workshops and municipal buildings. From designer Ed Carpenter, it displays an exterior finish in a selection of shades- to contrast with the glossy interior in a choice of gold or silver that reflects light from the exposed bulb to warmer or cooler effect.
