The look of a fully upholstered seat, as well as the option to do the backrest to match, definitely kicks this version of Jørgen Rasmussen's already iconic chair up a notch. Model 2070 is an alternative version of the Danish designer's original Kevi office seating, in constant use since its introduction in 1958. This variation has 4 wooden legs, available in oak or walnut veneer or finished in black or white compression-molded lacquer. The chair still maintains Jørgen Rasmussen's seat and backrest design, based on his belief that comfortable, supportive seating will always enhance the ability to get work done as true today as when Kevi was first conceived more than a half-century ago.
