Radiohus Sofa

Description

Designed in 1936 for Denmark’s Radio House — today the Royal Danish Academy of Music — Vilhelm Lauritzen's exquisite Radiohus Sofa shunned the conservative straight lines of the time. Viewed from all angles, its curved form and open construction cradle the body as it sits, in a choice of 2- and 3-seater models. In solid oak or walnut, a linear frame supports the hand-upholstered seat and backrest finished with an exacting row of buttons in this singular reissue from Menu's select Icons grouping.
