Light is revealed from within a folded metal structure, spreading outward through precisely placed openings to create layered illumination and a sense of depth in the surrounding space. The polished aluminium surface responds to changing light and shadow, giving the lamp a shifting visual character as viewpoints and ambient tones evolve. Suspended overhead, it acts as both a light source and a sculptural element, bringing contrast and texture to architectural settings. Part of the Bolda Atelier series by Lambert & Fils, the design was developed in collaboration with South Korean designer Kwangho Lee, whose experimental approach to metal and reinterpretation of traditional enamelling techniques inform the lamp’s expressive material presence.
