Mollis Pendant Lamp

Emitting a soft, ambient glow, this pendant features a dome-shaped shade knitted in 3D from flame-retardant polyester, like a pullover slipped over a slender metal frame. The textile gently diffuses light while directing most of it downward, creating a warm, focused atmosphere. Practical as well as elegant, the shade can be easily removed for washing or replacement. Designed by Aleksej Iskos, the piece embodies his refined minimalism, balancing lightweight construction with architectural presence. Mollis—Latin for “soft”—echoes both the tactile quality of the material and the gentle nature of its illumination.
