The suspension version of Stephen Burks' intertwined steel lamp suggested by artisanal woven baskets features a double LED module at the bottom, with one light facing up and the other facing down for both ambient and direct illumination. The designer's masterwork for Spanish brand Parachilna is composed of nearly 100 rods individually welded into place, each one with a different curve so they all fit together when completely assembled. With the structure and matching ceiling plate in black, golden or copper electroplated finish, Anwar comes in 3 models—the elongated T 90, the rounded T 45 or the wide T 30. Inside each curved structure, a second woven shape creates an intriguing counterpoint.
