Tavla Round Coffee Table

With bold geometrics, Tavla’s defining take on artisan marquetry enlivens a gracious round coffee table with an X-base. An oversized square within a circle, the tabletop juxtaposes natural and black walnut inlay while the wood cross structure is crafted to match in the darker shade. Finished in a water-based acrylic varnish suitable for contract use, the table from designers Léa Padovani and Sébastien Kieffer also reflects Léa’s heritage, named for the Iranian word for backgammon.
