Designer Sebastian Herkner reconsiders the daybed with Pallet, nodding to its utilitarian origins with a plain frame constructed in natural or black-stained oak that leaves the woven-jute supporting straps visible. He then takes a further Punk turn with upholstery—in black or terracotta leather, velvet in dark grey or a shade he calls dirty pink—for the soft mattress fixed to the base with a cuff made of the same material.
