Shaped to support both comfort and freedom of movement, the Drop Chair pairs a distinctive teardrop silhouette with soft, organic lines that remain instantly recognizable decades after its debut. The curved shell gently supports the sitter, creating a balance between ergonomic comfort and expressive design. Created by Arne Jacobsen for Copenhagen’s SAS Royal Hotel. Later reintroduced to a wider audience, it continues to bring a distinctive character to dining areas, workspaces, and hospitality environments.
