Designer Aurélien Barbry, artfully employs unprepossessing wooden planks for her roomy outdoor chair, a leitmotif of Skagerak’s carefully crafted collection made from FSC-certified solid teak. With a useful ledge at the top for a cup of coffee or cold drink, Plank Chair has an uncomplicated elegance, as its creator explains: “I wanted to use a minimum of materials and create something airy, playful, modern.”
