Seemingly drifting on air, Italian designer Michele De Lucchi's modular sofa adapts to a roomy single-seat version in a choice of armless, 1-arm and standard 2-arm versions. Float, as it is aptly named, derives its illusory effect from the placement of its metal legs outside of the padded form. Supported by a thin but robust inner steel structure, the inviting individual components with a double layer of comfortable cushions lend themselves to any number of configurations.
