Seto Stool

Description

A gently curved canvas seat suspended over an H-shaped solid oak frame defines the Seto Stool’s distinctive silhouette. Designed by Keiji Takeuchi, the stool draws inspiration from Japan’s Seto Ōhashi bridge, with its structural form echoing the bridge’s graceful profile. Takeuchi, a Japanese-born, Milan-based designer, integrates Scandinavian and Japanese craft traditions, reflecting his global design perspective. The stool is available in two variants: light oiled oak with natural canvas and black lacquered oak with black canvas. Each piece is crafted from FSC-certified wood and features a fixed canvas seat secured with a leather cord.
