With the cool panache of French maker Petite Friture, designer Sammy Rio's portable lamp readily segues from inside to outdoors and can be hung almost anywhere. Environmentally friendly, Quasar's low-energy, dimmable LED toggles between 3 color temperatures and the rechargeable light lasts from 6 to 12 hours. In a sleek waterproof aluminum housing made from 20% recycled metal, the lamp's accompanying weather-resistant rope can be untied to extend down further.
